These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ck000 platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ck000. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ck000 platform — including its website, mobile interface, and any associated services — you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and ck000.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on ck000, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to meet any condition may result in account suspension or permanent closure without notice.

• You must be a resident of or legally located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must register using your own accurate and up-to-date personal information. Registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ck000 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any pending balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account with ck000, you are required to provide truthful, complete, and current information. ck000 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity (KYC). Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ck000 will never contact you to request your password. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• Do not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password and update it regularly to keep your account secure.
• ck000 will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ck000 supports deposits and withdrawals through popular Bangladeshi payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to successful KYC verification. ck000 may delay or withhold a withdrawal if we detect unusual activity or if verification requirements have not been satisfied.

• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• ck000 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above ৳20,000.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ck000 offers a variety of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, free spins, deposit match bonuses, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the general bonus policy below applies.

Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. They must first meet the applicable rollover requirement, typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount, before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Details of each promotion will specify the exact rollover multiple.

• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once per lifetime account. Duplicate accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will be closed and balances forfeited.
• ck000 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse is suspected.
• Free spins are valid for specific games only and any winnings generated are subject to the standard rollover requirement unless stated otherwise.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ck000 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and the forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage or to place bets programmatically.
• Colluding with other players, engaging in match-fixing, or any form of coordinated fraud against ck000 or other players.
• Exploiting technical glitches, software errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money, fund terrorism, or engage in any other illegal financial activity through the platform.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on ck000 are operated under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or via regulated live dealer studios. Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface itself. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before wagering real funds.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the records held in ck000's server logs shall be considered the definitive source of truth. ck000's decisions regarding game outcomes are final and binding. If a game is interrupted due to a technical failure, bets may be voided and stakes returned at ck000's discretion.

8. Intellectual Property
